Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs announced their new cookie flavor for March 2022, plus a secret menu Nitro Cold Brew, new merchandise, and a St. Patrick’s Day exclusive pin!
New menu items at Gideon’s Bakehouse this month include:
Coffee Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookie — Vanilla bean cookie filled and topped with freshly ground espresso beans, toffee, and chocolate and topped with a sprinkle of sea salt (Available daily in March at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)
Off-Menu Salted Caramel Nitro Cold Brew — Cold brew with homemade salted caramel (Available daily in March at the Disney Springs location- if you ask for it nicely) (Vegan & gluten-free)
Gideon’s is also introducing a new character- Mourning Joe! He’s lent his likeness to Gideon’s art director Mr. Eyes for a limited edition art print and t-shirt this March

CAKE SLICE UPDATE //
On Saturday, March 5th, the monthly cake slice arrived at Gideon’s Bakehouse! This cake slice is available on weekends only in March at both the Disney Springs and East End Market location. It will be available while supplies last and is limited to two slices per person- it will not be available as a whole cake for preorder.
Coffee Toffee Vanilla Bean Cake — Three layer vanilla coffee bean cake covered in thick layers of coffee buttercream and filled with crunchy toffee pieces (Available by the slice only; limit to 2 slices per person)
