Every month, Sprinkles Cupcakes features new limited time flavors! In February 2024, the flavors that will be available at the Disney Springs Walt Disney World Sprinkles locations, at your local Sprinkles, and online will be:

Gold Dragon Bruce Lee Cupcake – Red velvet cake with slivered almonds, lined with a Double Dragon almond cookie crust and topped with almond cream cheese frosting and a custom dragon decoration (Available January 22nd to February 11th)
- In partnership with the Bruce Lee Foundation and Gold House
Raspberry Chocolate Chip Cupcake – Chocolate chip-studded Belgian dark chocolate cake topped with raspberry frosting (Available from January 29th to February 14th)
Heartthrob Red Velvet Cupcake – Southern style light chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting and an exclusive blend of Heartthrob sprinkles by Fancy Sprinkles (Available January 29th to February 14th)

Raspberry Chocolate Chip Layer Cake – Chocolate chip studded Belgian dark chocolate layer cake topped and filled with raspberry frosting (Available January 29th to February 14th; two sizes - 6” four-layer cake (serves 6-8) and 8” three-layer cake (serves 10-12) and requires 1 day lead time for orders)
Raspberry French Toast Cupcake – Weekend Flash Flavor – Yellow cake filled with raspberry curd, topped with cinnamon cream cheese frosting, cinnamon sugar, and a red daisy (Available from February 15th to February 18th)

Cookie Cupcake – Chocolate chip studded yellow cake lined with a cookie crust, topped with brown sugar frosting, and dusted with cookie crumbles (Available from February 19th to March 10th)
Lemon Bar Cupcake – Pie crust lined vanilla cake with a lemon curd core topped with vanilla buttercream, a pie crust rim, and more lemon curd (Available from February 26th to March 3rd)
