Every month, Sprinkles Cupcakes features new limited time flavors! In April 2023, the flavors that will be available at the Disney Springs (at Disney World) and Downtown Disney (at Disneyland) Sprinkles locations (or at your local Sprinkles and online) will be:

Matcha Yuzu Cupcake – Matcha cake filled with marshmallow cream and topped with yuzu citrus buttercream (Available March 20th to April 2nd)
Berries & Cream Cupcake – Pie crust lined blueberry studded vanilla cake cored and filled with blueberry pie filling and topped with vanilla buttercream and lilac sugar crystals (Available April 3rd to April 16th)

Peeps Cupcake - Flash Flavor - Strawberry cake topped with strawberry frosting, toasted coconut, and a Peep (Available for pre-order April 3rd & April 4th for pick-up and delivery on April 8th & April 9th)
Chocolate Bunny Cupcake – Dark chocolate cake with a chocolate ganache core topped with chocolate cream cheese frosting and a ladle of chocolate ganache (Available from April 3rd to April 9th)
Easter Fancy Sprinkle Cupcake – Birthday cake topped with vanilla buttercream and exclusive Easter sprinkles by Fancy Sprinkles (Available from April 3rd to April 9th)

Mythical Creature Cupcake by Mother’s – Vanilla cake studded with pink, blue, and purple sprinkles and a purple sugar cookie crust topped with pink vanilla buttercream frosting, sugar crystals, and a Mother’s Mythical Creature cookie (Available April 10th to April 23rd)

Vietnamese Coffee Cupcake – Vietnamese coffee cake made with Nguyen Coffee Supply Loyalty Coffee, filled with condensed milk buttercream, and topped with coffee frosting (Available April 17th to May 7th)

Patrón Margarita Cupcake – Key lime cake topped with Patrón Tequila infused margarita frosting and a sea salt rim (Available from April 24th to May 7th)
