Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs announced that after ten years of requests, a pumpkin cookie will be arriving on the menu for November 2022! This month will also see new bite bags every weekend along with new cake slices (TBA soon!), limited edition merchandise, and more. We will update here throughout the month with more delicious news!
November Cookie
Pumpkin Bread Chocolate Crumb Cookie — Cookie filled with real pumpkin, Gideon’s house pumpkin spice blend, and a little bit of chocolate, topped with pumpkin butter crumbs (Available daily in November at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)

Additionally, French Toast Nitro Cold Brew will remain on the menu in November until Thanksgiving. The Banana Bread Chocolate Chip Cookie will stay on the menu as well.
Banana Bread Chocolate Chip Cookie — Vanilla bean cookie infused with real bananas and mixed with a blend of dark and semisweet chocolates, candied walnuts, and finely crushed banana chips (Available daily for an extended stay at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability) (First limited edition cookie to return to the menu)
French Toast Nitro Cold Brew (Remaining on the menu daily in November until Thanksgiving at the Disney Springs, subject to availability)

Special bite bags will be released every weekend of November. We will update throughout the month with more!
Coffee Cake Cookie Bites — Available for the weekend of Saturday, November 5th at the Disney Springs and East End Market location while supplies last
Lemon Poppyseed Bites aka Bonnie’s Bites — Available for the weekend of Saturday, November 12th at the Disney Springs and East End Market location while supplies last

This month sees some new cakes at Gideon’s Bakehouse- stay tuned for updates once they are announced!
Cinnamon Roll Cake — Vanilla cake with brown sugar swirls, crunchy cinnamon strudel between each layer, and cinnamon cream cheese buttercream (Available until Thanksgiving by the slice on weekends in November at the Disney Springs and East End Market location and for whole cake preorder at East End Market; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cake — Three layers of vanilla cake with chocolate chips, covered and filled with pumpkin spice cream cheese buttercream, and covered with homemade butter crumbs (Available until Thanksgiving by the slice on Thursdays in November at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)

November merchandise will feature a new Gideon’s Bakehouse character, Pumpkinfists. Pumpkinfists is the featured character on a t-shirt, art print, and the Gideon’s Bakehouse menu cards this month.
