Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs announced their new cookie flavor for April 2022, plus an extension for the Salted Caramel Nitro Cold Brew, secret menu cake slice, and new merchandise!
New menu items at Gideon’s Bakehouse this month include:
Toasted Coconut Caramel Cookie — a Classic Chocolate Chip Cookie with vanilla bean dough plus homemade salted caramel and coconut cream, topped with shaved toasted coconut (Available daily in April at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)
Off-Menu Salted Caramel Nitro Cold Brew — Cold brew with homemade salted caramel (Extended into April at the Disney Springs location- if you ask for it nicely) (Vegan & gluten-free)
Gideon’s is also introducing a new character- Lydia Lovecraft! Lydia is a medium with a “hauntingly beautiful voice” and a mystical hypnotizing ukulele made from a coconut shell and sandalwood scraps that can summon spirits. She’s lent her likeness to Gideon’s art director Mr. Eyes for a limited edition t-shirt and candle this April.

CAKE SLICE //
On Saturday, April 2nd, the monthly cake slice will arrive at Gideon’s Bakehouse! This cake slice is available on weekends only in April at both the Disney Springs and East End Market location. It will be available while supplies last and is limited to two slices per person- it will not be available as a whole cake for preorder.
Coconut Cream Cake — Three-layer vanilla cake with ribbons of homemade salted caramel between the layers, covered in coconut cream buttercream and toasted coconut (Available by the slice only; limit to 2 slices per person)
Gideon’s Bakehouse will also have a special one day only cake slice on the menu for Easter on April 17th.
Easter Cake – Vanilla layer cake with pastel marshmallow buttercream, sprinkled with toasted coconut and topped with mini chocolate eggs (Available by the slice at Disney Springs only; limit 2 slices per person, while supplies last)
