Every month, Sprinkles Cupcakes features new limited time flavors! In January 2025, the flavors that will be available at the Disney Springs Walt Disney World Sprinkles locations, at your local Sprinkles, and online will be:
Snow Cute Cupcake – Vanilla cake with vanilla frosting and Snow Cute Fancy Sprinkles (Available from December 23rd to January 2nd)
Kir Royale Cupcake – Sparkling rosé cake filled with a raspberry Chambord jam core and topped with cream cheese frosting marbled with raspberry Chambord jam (Available from December 26th to January 5th)

Citrus Power Up Cupcake – High protein orange olive oil cake sweetened with allulose, monk fruit, and raw honey and topped with a sugar-free orange cream cheese frosting (Available from January 6th to February 2nd)
Pop Tart Cupcake – Vanilla cake lined with pink sugar cookie crust, filled with strawberry jam, and topped with strawberry frosting, a drizzle of vanilla buttercream, red sugar crystals, and a mini Pop Tart (Available from January 6th to February 2nd)
Biscoff Cookie Butter Cupcake – Cinnamon cake with a Biscoff cookie crust, filled with a cookie butter core, and topped with brown sugar frosting with a crushed Biscoff rim (Available from January 6th to February 2nd)
