Every month, Sprinkles Cupcakes features new limited time flavors! In January 2024, the flavors that will be available at the Disney Springs Walt Disney World Sprinkles locations, at your local Sprinkles, and online will be:

Une Femme Kir Royale Cupcake – Sparkling rosé cake with a raspberry Chambord jam core and cream cheese frosting marbled with raspberry Chambord jam and an Une Femme decoration (Available from December 26th to January 7th)
- Made in partnership with Une Femme
- With a hint of alcohol, this cupcake is recommended just for adults
Pop Tart Cupcake – Vanilla cake lined with sugar cookie crust, filled with strawberry jam, and topped with strawberry frosting, drizzled vanilla buttercream, red sugar crystals, and a mini pop tart (Available from January 1st to January 7th)
S’more Cupcake – Belgian dark chocolate cake lined with a graham cracker crust, filled with bittersweet chocolate ganache, and topped with toasted marshmallow frosting (Available January 8th to January 21st)

Biscoff Cookie Butter Cupcake – Cinnamon cake with a Biscoff cookie crust, cookie butter core, and brown sugar frosting with a crushed Biscoff rim (Available from January 15th to January 28th)
Gold Dragon Bruce Lee Cupcake – Red velvet cake with slivered almonds, lined with a Double Dragon almond cookie crust and topped with almond cream cheese frosting and a custom dragon decoration (Available January 22nd to February 11th)

Dreamy Nilla Bean Cupcake – Weekend Flash Flavor – Vanilla bean cake lined with a Nilla cookie crust, filled with vanilla marshmallow, and topped with vanilla buttercream and a mini Nilla wafer (Available January 25th to January 28th)

Raspberry Chocolate Chip Layer Cake – Chocolate chip studded Belgian dark chocolate layer cake topped and filled with raspberry frosting (Available January 29th to February 14th; two sizes - 6” four-layer cake (serves 6-8) and 8” three-layer cake (serves 10-12) and requires 1 day lead time for orders)
