Every month, Sprinkles Cupcakes features new limited time flavors! In February 2025, the flavors that will be available at the Disney Springs Walt Disney World Sprinkles locations, at your local Sprinkles, and online will be:
Raspberry Chocolate Chip Cupcake – Chocolate-chip studded Belgian dark chocolate cake topped with raspberry frosting (Available from February 3rd to March 2nd)
Heartthrob Red Velvet Cupcake – Southern style light chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting and exclusive Heartthrob sprinkles (Available from February 3rd to February 16th)
Raspberry French Toast Cupcake – Yellow cake filled with raspberry curd and topped with cinnamon cream cheese frosting, cinnamon sugar, and a red daisy (Available from February 17th to March 2nd)

Pop Tart Cupcake – Vanilla cake lined with pink sugar cookie crust, filled with strawberry jam, and topped with strawberry frosting, a drizzle of vanilla buttercream, red sugar crystals, and a mini Pop Tart (Available from January 6th to February 2nd)
Biscoff Cookie Butter Cupcake – Cinnamon cake with a Biscoff cookie crust, filled with a cookie butter core, and topped with brown sugar frosting with a crushed Biscoff rim (Available from January 6th to February 2nd)
Citrus Power Up Cupcake – High protein orange extra virgin olive oil cake with 8 grams of protein from grass-fed whey, sweetened with allulose, monk fruit, and raw honey, and topped with a sugar-free orange cream cheese frosting (Available from January 13th to February 2nd)
