Shiki-Sai: Sushi Izakaya - Opening in EPCOT Summer 2023
Disney Parks Blog just announced a new table service restaurant arriving this summer in EPCOT! Shiki-Sai: Sushi Izakaya will be located at the Japan pavilion and will feature sharable Izakaya-style dining. The restaurant will have a full menu with sushi and teppan items and an open sushi bar and grill. At the sushi bar, you’ll be able to watch the chefs making sushi. Additionally, the Izakaya portion of the menu will include a range of small sharable dishes.
Located on the second floor of the Japan pavilion, Shiki-Sai: Sushi Izakaya will have a view of World Showcase Lagoon and fireworks. The atmosphere is inspired by Japan’s seasonal festivals. Each month will bring a new celebration with cultural representatives from Japan guiding you through each unique experience. Hand-painted artwork and lanterns will decorate the space, which will also include a trellis inspired by the roof of Phoenix Hall in Kyoto.

Tokyo Negi Roll – Green onion tempura rolled with tuna tataki and topped with jalapeño aïoli, shredded carrot, and sliced jalapeño
