Salt & Straw Ice Cream Shop officially opened yesterday in Disney Springs! Check out the full opening day menu below.

To celebrate opening day, Salt & Straw Disney Springs gave first 100 customers a free scoop of ice cream! At the Disney Springs location, a virtual queue will be activated if the queue area fills up. They have a sign with house rules- if you’re buying pints of ice cream you can always skip the line- and add a side of waffle cones! Salt & Straw also offers online ordering for pick-up and same-day local delivery.

In June 2021, Disney and Salt & Straw announced that the Portland, Oregon based ice cream chain would be coming to Disney Springs in 2022. Salt & Straw already has a location at Downtown Disney District at Disneyland in Anaheim, California. Salt & Straw is known for creating interesting flavors of ice cream, made in small batches by hand, and for working with local makers and building relationships within their communities.
