Salt & Straw Ice Cream Shop opened a new location this April in Disney Springs! Every month, Salt & Straw has limited-edition ice cream flavors on the menu. In November, the limited flavors are part of The Thanksgiving Series featuring the five courses of Thanksgiving. Check them out below!

Available from November 4th to November 23rd
Parker House Rolls with Salted Buttercream – Buttery toasted Parker House rolls with a smear of fresh-churned buttercream and topped with flaky sea salt churned into salted sweet cream ice cream
Caramelized Turkey & Cranberry Sauce – Crispy Diestel Farms turkey bacon in a savory, buttery brittle with thyme and fresh ground cubeb pepper swirled with housemaid cranberry sauce
Roasted Peach & Sage Cornbread Stuffing – Molasses cornbread cookies steeped in sweet cream with fresh sage swirled with dollops of honey balsamic vinegar peach jam
Pumpkin & Gingersnap Pie – Pumpkin pie and coconut cream ice cream crumbled with sugared crust and molasses gingersnaps (Vegan)
Mom’s Mango Pie – Caramelized ice cream swirled with mango curd made from mango pureé, cream cheese, and whipped cream and crumbles of salty graham cracker crust
In collaboration with musician Hrishikesh Hirway and his mom to represented the diversity of Thanksgiving traditions
