Salt & Straw Ice Cream Shop opened a new location a year ago in Disney Springs! Every month, Salt & Straw has limited-edition ice cream flavors on the menu. In May, the Eat Your Flowers Collection returns featuring five floral Salt & Straw flavors to celebrate spring! Check them out below.

Jasmine Milk Tea Almond Stracciatella – Jasmine tea ice cream made with seeped Red Blossom Tea Company jasmine tea laced with chocolate-coated almond slivers (First on the menu in 2018; contains caffeine)

Pistachio with Saffron & Rose Water – Pistachio ice cream with chunks of saffron butter mochi cake glazed with a hint of rosewater (First on the menu in 2022; inspired by Persian New Year)
Rhubarb Crumble with Toasted Anise – Vanilla ice cream with swirls of rhubarb jam spiked with orange juice and folds of pie-topping crumble with toasted anise (First on the menu in 2011)
Lemon Mari Gold Amaro Sherbet – Mari Gold amaro sherbet with a fluffy ribbon of lemon and marshmallow essence
