Salt & Straw Ice Cream Shop opened this April in Disney Springs! Every month, Salt & Straw has new limited-edition ice cream flavors on the menu. In May, the limited flavors are part of The Flower Power Series celebrating spring flowers, fruits, and aromatics. Check them out below!

Rhubarb Crumble w/ Toasted Anise – Ice cream filled with rhubarb jam and dark roasted anise crumble
