Salt & Straw Ice Cream Shop opened this April in Disney Springs! Every month, Salt & Straw has new limited-edition ice cream flavors on the menu. In July, the limited flavors are part of The Berries Berries Berries Series celebrating summer berry season. The Berries Berries Berries Series will be available in stores and online until August 4th. Check them out below!

Goat Cheese Marionberry Habanero – Tangy Portland Creamery Sweet Fire Chèvre goat cheese ice cream swirled with Oregon-invented marionberry and habanero jam (Made with Portland Creamery)
Birthday Cakes and Blackberries – Double vanilla ice cream with hunks of rainbow-sprinkled birthday crumbles and Oregon Hill evergreen blackberry jam
Wild-Foraged Berry Pie – Salted vanilla ice cream with Mt. Baker wild berry filling and crispy bits of double-baked pie crust
Boysenberry Oatmilk Sherbet – Fresh-picked boysenberries with a touch of oat milk (Vegan)
Besharam’s Yogurt Lassi w/ Raspberries – Rosewater and cardamom ice cream with ripples of raspberry jam infused with toasted whole cumin seeds; first ever Salt & Straw chef-commissioned flavor (Made with guest chef, San Francisco’s Besharam head chef, Heena Patel)
