Salt & Straw Ice Cream Shop has a location at Disney Springs! Every month, Salt & Straw has limited-edition ice cream flavors on the menu. April features a returning series, The Upcycled Food Series, including five upcycled ice cream flavors for Earth Month. This is the third year of The Upcycled Food Series at Salt & Straw, which uses ingredients that would otherwise go to waste and is in partnership with seven brands and organizations with upcycling initiatives.   • Coffee and Stone Fruit Marmalade – Coffee ice cream created with Atomo Coffee’s 50/50 Beanless + Arabica Medium Roast Coffee Blend with swirls of stone fruit marmalade made with Hello! I’m Ugly dried nectarines and apricots, butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar

  • Chocolate Malted Potato Chip Cupcake – Malted chocolate upcycled barley milk ice cream with hunks of chocolate-glazed cupcakes baked with Renewal Mill’s dark chocolate baking mix made with okara upcycled from plant-based milk, chocolate-dipped Uglies kettle potato chips, and a ribbon of caramel

    • Made with Renewal Mill and Uglies Snacks

    • 2,862 pounds of food waste diverted through partnerships with Renewal Mill and Uglies Kettle Potato Chips

  • Banana Parsnip Sherbet – Rescued ripe bananas roasted with cinnamon and honey and blended with parsnips, cream, vanilla, and a splash of bourbon

    • Made with rescued ripe bananas from Urban Gleaners

    • 1,189 pounds of food waste diverted through partnership with Urban Gleaners

  • Salted Grapefruit Coconut Julep – Coconut cream blended with cacao pulp and salted grapefruit “julep” made with “wheyskey” from Wheyward Spirit

    • Made with Wheyward Spirit

    • 1,191 pounds of food waste diverted through partnerships with Wheyward Spirit and cacao pulp suppliers

  • Sourdough and Olive Oil Chocolate Vegan – Malty chocolate barley milk and Arbequina extra-virgin olive oil ice cream with candied hunks of sourdough bread
