September Cookies and More at Gideon’s Bakehouse
Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs has a new menu for September 2024 featuring a popular returning cookie, cake slice, and cold brew plus a new character. This month, Sea Turtle is back with the return of the Sea Turtle Cookie and Sea Turtle Cake. The Salted Caramel Nitro Cold Brew is back on menu as well for September. A new character, Nosfère, is featured on an art print, t-shirt, and sticker. The By The Beautiful Sea Candle is back in limited quantities, plus a three-wick Coffee Cake Cookie Candle and prismatic Gideon’s Alchemy Sticker. Sea Turtle Cookie — Chocolate chip cookie with premium chocolate, homemade caramel, and whole candied pecans sprinkled with sea salt (Available daily in September at the Disney Springs and East End Market locations; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)

September Cake Slices
This month features a the return of the Sea Turtle Cake!
Sea Turtle Cake — Three layers of chocolate cake covered in butter pecan buttercream, laced with caramel, and topped with candied pecans (Limit of 2 slices per person, while supplies last)

September Merchandise
September merchandise features a new Gideon’s character, Nosfère. Nosfère “has become someone people fear” and longed for companionship from one true friend. Nosfère art is featured on the menu for the month as well as a limited open edition signed art print, t-shirt, and sticker.
