Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs announced their new menu items and merchandise for September! At long last, Stuart Valencia and Bonnie Brae have found each other! This month has not one, but two limited edition cookies to celebrate with the Lemon Poppy Crumb Cookie and the Orange Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookie on the menu. Stuart and Bonnie will be featured on merchandise and the menu this month with a new art print, candle, and more. We will update here throughout the month with more delicious news!
September Cookie & Cold Brew
Lemon Poppy Crumb Cookie — Lemon poppyseed cookie filled with poppyseeds and white chocolate, and topped with lemon butter crumbs and a thin layer of sugar glaze (Available daily in September at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)
Orange Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookie – Vanilla bean chocolate chip cookie infused with orange and topped with dark chocolates, South Florida pecan pralines, and candied orange peel (Available daily in September at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)
Orange Mocha Nitro Cold Brew – Dessert coffee made with locally roasted beans, maple syrup, rich dark chocolate, and delicious Florida oranges (Available daily from July 1st to September 30th at the Disney Springs location) (Vegan & gluten-free)

This month, both Stuart and Bonnie have cake slices on the menu! They will be available on Wednesdays and Saturdays in September, while supplies last.
