Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs announced their new cookie flavor for September 2022, a new cold brew, a new cake, limited edition merchandise, and more! Stay tuned here- Gideon’s Bakehouse mentioned they will have a mid-month surprise treat. We will update here once we know more!
New September Menu Items
Peanut Butter Cold Brew Cookie — Peanut butter cookie dough laced with freshly ground espresso and covered in chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and Reese’s Pieces (Available daily in September at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)
French Toast Nitro Cold Brew (Available daily in September at the Disney Springs, subject to availability)

Additionally, one limited edition cookie will remain on the menu for some or all of September and two items will be returning to the menu from September 15th to October 15th to celebrate Hispanic and Latin American Heritage Month at Walt Disney World.
Banana Bread Chocolate Chip Cookie — Vanilla bean cookie infused with real bananas and mixed with a blend of dark and semisweet chocolates, candied walnuts, and finely crushed banana chips (Available daily for an extended stay at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability) (First limited edition cookie to return to the menu)
Chocolate Churro Cookie (Calavera Cookie) — Rich chocolate cookie with a dollop of Dulce de Leche mixed in, filled with cinnamon sugar and a pinch of ancho and cayenne, and topped with a blend of chocolate including Mexican Stone Ground Chocolate (Available every weekend at the Disney Springs location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)
Cinnamon Cream Cheese Quesitos — Traditional flaky pastries filled with cinnamon cream cheese (Available every weekend at the Disney Springs location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)
