Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs announced their new menu items and merchandise for October! Named Gideon’s Spookhouse this October, the Frankenstein and Bride of Frankenstein cookies and cake slices are back for the Halloween season! This month also marks the return of French Toast Cold Brew which will remain on the menu through November. A new character joins the Gideon’s family with Benedict Piccadilly, the guide for Cat Charity Month. Limited time desserts and merchandise will be arriving every weekend, as well as four menu designs in October. We will update this post as new items arrive!
October Cookie & Cold Brew
Frankenstein Cookie — A Halloween celebration cookie made from various chocolates, filled with chocolate pieces and Double Stuff Oreos and topped with M&M’s (Available daily in October at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)
Bride of Frankenstein Cookie – A companion cookie to The Frankenstein filled with white chocolate pieces and Golden Oreos and topped with M&M’s (Available daily in October at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)
French Toast Nitro Cold Brew – Dessert coffee flavored to coffee and french toast (Available daily from October 1st to November 30th at the Disney Springs location) (Vegan & gluten-free)

October Cake Slices
This month, both Frankenstein and Bride of Frankenstein cake slices will be on the menu! They will be available on Wednesdays and Saturdays in October, while supplies last.
Frankenstein Cake — Three layers of chocolate cake with cookies & cream buttercream, M&M’s, and reverse chocolate ganache drip
Bride of Frankenstein Cake — Two layers of vanilla cake sandwiching one layer of chocolate cake covered in Golden Oreo buttercream and reverse chocolate ganache drip

October Merchandise
October merchandise features Benedict Piccadilly, a new cat character who has arrived to be the guide for Cat Charity Month! Benedict Piccadilly will be on the menu from October 1st to October 8th, with four new menu designs in October arriving on October 1st, 9th, 16th, and 23rd. Menus are available to everyone standing in line at Disney Springs and will also come with each order placed online in October (the week that you order is the menu you will receive). New merchandise will be arriving throughout the month, with upcoming items that benefit the Liberation Cat House. Check out the new merchandise below and stay tuned for updates!
