Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs announced two popular Halloween cookies will be returning for October 2022 along with two cake slices, limited edition merchandise, and more! Stay tuned here- October is Gideon’s Bakehouse’s birthday month so there will be more surprises to come including new weekend items and a special event. We will update here throughout October with more!
Additionally, Gideon’s announced on their social media channels that there will be four menu designs for this month. The menu will change every Monday until Halloween. Online orders will receive the menu that is available on the day the order is placed. At Disney Springs, menus will only be available once you get on the line for Gideon’s Bakehouse as there are limited quantities of each one.
October Cookies
The Frankenstein Cookie — A Halloween celebration cookie made from pieces and parts of Halloween candies, filled with chocolate pieces and Double Stuf Oreos and topped with M&M’s (Available daily in October at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)
Bride of Frankenstein Cookie — A companion cookie to The Frankenstein made from pieces and parts of Halloween candies, filled with white chocolate pieces and Golden Oreos and topped with M&M’s (Available daily in October at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)

Additionally, French Toast Nitro Cold Brew will remain on the menu for October as well as the Banana Bread Chocolate Chip Cookie. The Peanut Butter Cold Brew Cookie will also remain on the menu for the beginning of October, while supplies last.
Banana Bread Chocolate Chip Cookie — Vanilla bean cookie infused with real bananas and mixed with a blend of dark and semisweet chocolates, candied walnuts, and finely crushed banana chips (Available daily for an extended stay at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability) (First limited edition cookie to return to the menu)

Gideon’s Bakehouse is celebrating Hispanic and Latin American Heritage Month at Walt Disney World every weekend until October 15th with the Chocolate Churro Cookie and Cinnamon Cream Cheese Quesitos.
Chocolate Churro Cookie (Calavera Cookie) — Rich chocolate cookie with a dollop of Dulce de Leche mixed in, filled with cinnamon sugar and a pinch of ancho and cayenne, and topped with a blend of chocolate including Mexican Stone Ground Chocolate (Available every weekend at the Disney Springs location until October 15th; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)
Cinnamon Cream Cheese Quesitos — Traditional flaky pastries filled with cinnamon cream cheese (Available every weekend at the Disney Springs location until October 15th; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)

Frankenstein Cake — Three layers of chocolate cake filled with Oreo buttercream and M&M’s with an upside-down drip of chocolate ganache (Available by the slice daily in October at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)
