Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs announced their new menu items and merchandise for November! Available until Thanksgiving day, the menu will change to the holiday menu on November 24th. This month features pumpkin flavors including the Pumpkin Bread Chocolate Crumb Cookie and a new cake, the Pumpkin Chai Spice Cake. We will update this post as new items arrive!
November Cookie & Cold Brew
Pumpkin Bread Chocolate Crumb Cookie — Cookie filled with real pumpkin, house pumpkin spice blend, and chocolate and topped with pumpkin butter crumbs (Available daily in November at the Disney Springs and East End Market location until November 24th; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)
French Toast Nitro Cold Brew – Dessert coffee flavored to coffee and french toast (Available daily from October 1st to November 30th at the Disney Springs location) (Vegan & gluten-free)

Chocolate Churro Cookie — Chocolate cookie filled with cinnamon sugar and a dollop of dulce de leche mixed throughout, topped with a blend of chocolates including Mexican Stone Ground Chocolate (Available for Day of the Dead from November 3rd to November 5th at the Disney Springs and East End Market location until November 24th; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)

November Cake Slices
This month, a new cake slice arrives at Gideon’s Bakehouse - Pumpkin Chai Spice Cake! It will be available on Wednesdays and Saturdays in November, while supplies last.
Pumpkin Chai Spice Cake — Pumpkin spice cake covered in spice chai buttercream and topped with candied pumpkin seeds

November Merchandise
November merchandise features The Six Ravens, a new character who is either a mysterious figure, six resident ravens, or both. Art featuring The Six Ravens will be on merchandise and the menus in November. Menus are available to everyone standing in line at Disney Springs and will also come with each order placed online in November. Check out the new merchandise below and stay tuned for updates!
All Six Ravens merchandise will be open edition with a 48-hour pre-order window. All orders placed by November 3rd at 10am EST will be honored.
