Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs announced their new menu items and merchandise for May! This May, the White Chocolate Caramel Macadamia Nut cookie returns plus a new character, Maria Velia. We will update here throughout the month with more delicious news!

White Chocolate Caramel Macadamia Nut Cookie — Nearly 1/2 pound cookie with homemade salted caramel baked in, filled and topped with white chocolate and macadamia nuts (Available daily in May at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)
Salted Caramel Nitro Cold Brew — Cold brew with homemade salted caramel (Available daily in May at the Disney Springs location) (Vegan & gluten-free)

May Cake Slices
This month the Macadamia Nut Cake is new on the menu! Cake slices are limited to two slices per person, while supplies last.
Macadamia Nut Cake — Three-layer vanilla cake covered in macadamia cream cheese frosting and topped with salty and crunchy macadamia nut crumble

May Merchandise
May merchandise features a new character, Maria Velia, with a t-shirt and signed art print. There is also a new keychain- a first for Gideon’s Bakehouse. Additionally, Maria Velia will be on the menu for the month, which is available to everyone standing in line at Disney Springs and will also come with each order placed online in May.
