Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs announced their new menu items and merchandise for March! This March, Gideon’s Bakehouse is spotlighting animal conservation. The menu features a Peanut Butter Chocolate Swirl Cookie and Cake and a new cold brew themed to Pipistrello’s Dark Coffee Cake Cookie. Limited edition merchandise featuring Signore Pipistrello is also available for March including two art prints that benefit the Lubee Bat Conservancy. We will update here throughout the month with more delicious news!

Peanut Butter Chocolate Swirl Cookie — Swirled peanut butter dough and triple chocolate dough topped with chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and house-made candied peanuts (Available daily for the month of March at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)
Pipistrello’s Cold Brew — Gideon’s Classic Nitro Cold Brew with chocolate and a dash of cinnamon (Daily in March at the Disney Springs location, subject to availability)

This month sees arrival of the new PB Chocolate Swirl Cake! Cake slices are limited to two slices per person, while supplies last.

March Merchandise
March merchandise will bring the return of the renaissance bat, Signore Pipistrello! Pipistrello is aiding in Gideon’s Bakehouse’s focus this month on animal conservation which includes raising funds for the Lubee Bat Conservancy in Gainesville, FL. Pipistrello is featured on a new t-shirt and candle as well as limited edition signed art prints that benefit the Lubee Bat Conservancy. There is also a new hot pink and black bat winged gargoyle pin. Additionally, Pipistrello will be on the menu for the month, which is available to everyone standing in line or making a purchase at Disney Springs and will also come with each order placed online in March.
