Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs has a new menu for June 2024 featuring a returning cookie, cake slice, cold brew, and character. This month, Cookie Butter Butterscotch is back on the menu with a cookie, cake slice, and nitro cold brew! Rainbow Crunch Cake will be on the menu twice a week for Pride Month. A returning Gideon’s character, Butterscotch, will be featured on the menu and merchandise for the month. Butterscotch art prints will raise funds and awareness for Seacrest Wolf Preserve. Additionally, new merchandise will be available for Pride Month with proceeds going to Orlando’s Zebra Coalition. We will update here throughout June with more delicious news. Cookie Butter Butterscotch Cookie — Almost half-pound Biscoff cookie butter cookie with premium butterscotch chips and crushed Biscoff cookies (Available daily in June at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)

This month features the return of the Cookie Butter Buttercream Cake!
Cookie Butter Buttercream Cake — Vanilla cake covered in cookie butter buttercream and coated in Biscoff cookie crumbs (Available on Wednesdays and Saturdays by the slice, while supplies last; limit of 2 per person)

June Merchandise
June merchandise features a returning Gideon’s character, Butterscotch. Butterscotch is a quiet sweet girl 364 days of the year until she wears her magic wolf pajamas, which “change her demeanor from kindhearted child to something a bit meaner”. This month, both Butterscotch prints will raise funds and awareness for Seacrest Wolf Preserve in Chipley, Florida. Seacrest Wolf Preserve is an educational preserve with hands-on learning experiences and a focus on the preservation of America’s wild heritage. The preserve started as a rescue and is now home to 22 wolves and a variety of small native species including foxes, raccoons, skunks, and a coyote. An additional item will be released later this month in support of the Seacrest Wolf Preserve.
Gideon’s Bakehouse will also have Pride merchandise for Pride Month this June! Merchandise includes a t-shirt, pin, and sticker with proceeds going to Orlando’s Zebra Coalition. Check out the new merchandise below and stay tuned for updates.
