Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs announced their new menu items and merchandise for June! This June, a new cookie flavor and joins the menu with a portion of sales supporting Florida’s Sea Turtle Conservancy, the world’s oldest sea turtle research and conservation group. Reginald Ridley, a new character, also arrives to share the importance of Sea Turtle Conservation. Reginald will be featured on the menu and merchandise this month with new art prints, a t-shirt, candle, and more.
This month is also Pride Month! The Rainbow Crunch Cake slice, usually only available on Fridays, will be available daily. Additionally, there is new Pride merchandise featuring the Rainbow Winged Black Cat on a t-shirt and collectible pin. We will update here throughout the month with more delicious news!
June Cookie & Cold Brew
The Sea Turtle Cookie — Nearly 1/2 pound cookie with premium chocolate, homemade caramel, whole giant candied pecans, and a sprinkle of sea salt (Available daily in June at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)

June Cake Slices
This month the Rainbow Crunch Cake will be on the menu every day to celebrate Pride! Cake slices are limited to two slices per person, while supplies last.
The Sea Turtle Cake is also new on the menu this month and will be available on Wednesdays and Saturdays, while supplies last.

June Merchandise
June merchandise features a new character, Reginald Ridley, with art prints, a t-shirt, candle, and sticker. Reginald Ridley will be on the menu for the month, which is available to everyone standing in line at Disney Springs and will also come with each order placed online in June. Additionally, June is Pride month and brings new Pride merchandise featuring the Rainbow Winged Black Cat on a t-shirt and collectible pin.
