July Cookies and More at Gideon’s Bakehouse
Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs has a new menu for July 2024 featuring two returning cookies, two cake slices, a cold brew, a new treat for Disney Springs Flavors of Florida, and a new character. This month, both Stuart Valencia and Bonnie Brae’s cookies and cake slices are back on the menu with Orange Pecan Chocolate and Lemon Poppy Crumb, as well as Stuart’s coffee the Mocha Orange Nitro Cold Brew. A new treat, Key Lime Pie Cake Bars, will be available daily (in limited quantities) to celebrate Flavors of Florida. A new character will also be featured on merchandise and the menu this month - Bartholomew The Skunk Ape, the Gideon’s Flavors of Florida Ambassador. Additional new merch includes a Stuart candle, keychain, and first-ever Gideon’s magnet. We will update here throughout July with more delicious news. July Cookies & Cold Brew
Orange Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookie — Vanilla bean cookie fused with orange essence and mixed with chocolates, covered in pecan pralines and candied orange peel (Available daily in July at the Disney Springs and East End Market locations; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)
Lemon Poppy Crumb Cookie — Lemon cookie filled with poppyseeds and white chocolate, topped with lemon butter crumbs and a thin sugar glaze (Available daily in July at the Disney Springs and East End Market locations; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)

Bartholomew is “so much more than scary folklore” and is a refined gentleman, ready to “guide us through the delicious flavors of the Sunshine State”.
