New Cookies and More at Gideon’s Bakehouse
Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs announced their new cookie flavor for January 2022, plus a Nitro Cold Brew and a new character who looks suspiciously familiar…
This month at Gideon’s Bakehouse is all about banana! New menu items include:
Banana Bread Chocolate Chip Cookie — Vanilla bean cookie infused with bananas and mixed with a blend of chocolates, candied walnuts, and finely crushed banana chips (Available daily in January at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)
Limited Edition Banana Nitro Cold Brew — Cold brew infused with real bananas (Available daily in January at the Disney Springs location)
Gideon’s is also introducing a new character- Dr. Tobias Brimstone! Doesn't he look a bit like one of our favorite iconic imagineers, Joe Rohde? Dr. Tobias Brimstone is an adventurer, explorer, and scientist who found the bananas used this month in the lost jungles of Southeast Asia. He’s also lent his likeness to Gideon’s art director Mr. Eyes for an art print and t-shirt, plus a Banana Bread Chocolate Chip Cookie Wash and Wik candle infused with banana oil.
Banana Bread Chocolate Chip Cookie Wash and Wik Candle — Available online and in stores soon ($31)
Dr. Tobias Brimstone Mr. Eyes Art Print — Limited to 100 pieces and signed by the artist; available online but currently sold out ($40)
Dr. Tobias Brimstone T-Shirt — Available online and in stores ($30-$32)
