January Cookies and More at Gideon’s Bakehouse
Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs has a new menu for January 2025 featuring a popular returning cookie, cake slice, and cold brew. This month, Peanut Butter Chocolate Swirl is back with the return of the Peanut Butter Chocolate Swirl cookie and Peanut Butter Chocolate Deluxe cake slice. The Banana Nitro Cold Brew also returns as a perfect pairing with peanut butter and chocolate. January also marks the 5th anniversary of Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs and Gideon’s is celebrating the milestone with the Year of the Gargoyle, telling the story of Águbadijádzs throughout the year and having monthly festivities. To start the year, the merchandise for the month features the Gargoyle with a t-shirt, candle, and sticker as well as the menu art. Mid-month there will be more announcements for the anniversary including a second menu design. We will update here throughout January with more delicious news. Peanut Butter Chocolate Swirl Cookie — Peanut butter dough layered with triple chocolate dough and topped with chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and house-made candied peanuts (Available daily in January at the Disney Springs and East End Market locations; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)

January Cake Slices
This month features a returning cake - the Peanut Butter Chocolate Deluxe Cake- available on Wednesdays and Saturdays at both locations! The cake is also available as a whole cake preorder for the East End Market location only.
Peanut Butter Chocolate Deluxe Cake — Two layers of peanut butter cake and one layer of chocolate cake with swirled peanut butter and chocolate buttercreams and topped with peanut butter ganache and peanut butter and chocolate mini chips (Limit of 2 slices per person, while supplies last)

January merchandise features the Year of the Gargoyle, the beginning of the year-long celebration of Águbadijádzs in honor of the 5th anniversary of Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs.
