Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs has an all-new menu for January 2024 featuring a new cookie, cake slice, and featured character. This month, the Maple Walnut Chocolate Chip Cookie and Maple Caramel Chocolate Cake will be new on the menu. A new Gideon’s character, Poppy, will be featured on the menu and merchandise for the month. Additionally, the French Toast Nitro Cold Brew will be back for January only, as well as more merchandise featuring the Gideon’s Gargoyle and Death’s Head Cookie. Maple Walnut Chocolate Chip Cookie — Gideon’s Chocolate Chip Cookie mixed with high quality maple syrup, housemade candied walnuts, and cinnamon nutmeg sugar sprinkled on top (Available daily in January at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)
