Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs announced their new menu items and merchandise for January! January sees a new cookie, cold brew, and cake slice featuring cookie butter and butterscotch. Additionally, the Banana Bread Chocolate Chip Cookie will become a permanent addition on the Gideon’s Bakehouse menu, upping the cookie limit per person to seven cookies instead of six! Limited edition merchandise featuring a new character, Butterscotch, is also available for January. We will update here throughout the month with more delicious news!
January Cookie & Cold Brew
Cookie Butter Butterscotch Cookie — Handmade mix of Gideon’s secret dough and Biscoff cookie butter filled with premium butterscotch chips and crushed Biscoff cookies (Available daily for the month of January at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)
Cookie Butter Butterscotch Cold Brew — Gideon’s Nitro Cold Brew combined with Biscoff cookie butter and butterscotch (Vegan) (Daily in January at the Disney Springs location, subject to availability)

Limited Time Treats
Cookie Butter Buttercream Snack Cakes — Two layers of vanilla cake filled with a thick layer of cookie butter buttercream and crushed cookie butter cookies, coated in high-end Callebaut chocolate, and topped with a dollop of cookie butter buttercream and a black candle (Available January 16th only at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; while supplies last)

January Merchandise
January merchandise will feature a new Gideon’s Bakehouse character, Butterscotch! Butterscotch is a kindhearted little girl who turns into something “meaner” one evening of the year when she wears her magic wolf pajamas. Butterscotch was created to celebrate the January Wolf Moon and is featured on a t-shirt, hoodie, art print, and the menu. The menu is available to everyone standing in line or making a purchase at Disney Springs and will also come with each order placed online in January. Additionally, the Bronze Gargoyle Tumbler was restocked and is still available online in January. Check out the new merchandise below and stay tuned for updates.
