Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs has a new menu for February 2024 featuring a new cookie, cake slice, and featured character. This month, the Strawberry Delight Cookie and Strawberry Cream Cake will be new on the menu, with the Eternal Flame cookie, cake, and cold brew returning as well. A new Gideon’s character, Margaret, will be featured on the menu and merchandise for the month. Additional merch include the return of the Eternal Flame candle, a Valentina hoodie, and more upcoming. We will update here throughout the month with more delicious news, and have a vlog trying all of the limited edition menu items for February below- check it out!
February Cookies & Cold Brew
Strawberry Delight Cookie — Strawberry dough made with housemade strawberry puree, filled with dark chocolates and sprinkled on top with strawberry infused sugar (Made without food coloring or extracts) (Available daily in February at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)
Eternal Flame Cookie — Five-chocolate cookie laced with Eternal Flame spice- a house-made spice mix of ancho, cayenne, and cinnamon - and the essence of cherry topped with chocolate-covered cherries (Gideon’s Heat Level - Medium) (Available daily for the month of February at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)
Fire & Iced Coffee Cold Brew — Gideon’s Mocha Nitro Cold Brew with a warm spicy finish (Daily in February at the Disney Springs location, subject to availability)

February Cake Slices
This month features a new cake - the Strawberry Cream Cake!
Strawberry Cream Cake — Three layers of soft strawberry cake with strawberry buttercream and accents of chocolate ganache (Made with natural ingredients)

Valentina’s Cake is a red velvet cake with cookies and cream marshmallow buttercream accented with ribbons of black marshmallow buttercream and red ganache
Eternal Flame Cake is a double frosted chocolate cake with inner layers of red cherry buttercream, outer layers of chocolate fudge buttercream mixed with Eternal Flame spice, and topped with red ganache cherry roses (Gideon’s Heat Level - Low)

February Merchandise
February merchandise features a new Gideon’s character, Margaret! Margaret is a “hauntingly beautiful apparition” and will be featured on a t-shirt and open edition art print.
