Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs announced their new menu items and merchandise for February! February sees the return of the annual Valentine’s cookie, cold brew, and cake slice featuring the Eternal Flame spice mix. Limited edition merchandise featuring a new character, Monaxia, is also available for February. We will update here throughout the month with more delicious news!
February Cookie & Cold Brew
Eternal Flame Cookie — Five-chocolate cookie laced with Eternal Flame spice- a house-made spice mix of ancho, cayenne, and cinnamon - and the essence of cherry topped with chocolate chips and chocolate-covered cherries (Gideon’s Heat Level - Medium) (Available daily for the month of February at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)
Available for a limited time from February 23rd to February 28th for Hot Cookie Hour as a hot cookie served with vanilla ice cream
Fire & Iced Coffee Cold Brew — Gideon’s Mocha Nitro Cold Brew with a warm spicy finish (Gideon’s Heat Level - Hot) (Daily in February at the Disney Springs location, subject to availability)

Limited Time Treats
Gideon’s Cookie Truffles — Box of six artisan chocolate truffles made by hand, filled with a smooth mix of a Gideon’s cookie blended with buttercream and a layer of filling at the bottom, and coated in Callebaut chocolate ($38) (Available from February 11th to February 14th, while supplies last; limited to two per person, in store only, no preorders or holds)

February Cake Slices
This month sees arrival of the new Eternal Flame Cake! Cake slices are limited to two slices per person, while supplies last.
Eternal Flame Cake — Three-layer double frosted chocolate cake with inner layers of red cherry buttercream, outer layers of chocolate fudge buttercream mixed with Eternal Flame spice, and topped with red ganache cherry roses (Gideon’s Heat Level - Low)

February Merchandise
February merchandise will feature a new Gideon’s Bakehouse character, Monaxia! Monaxia is said to be the most beautiful woman in the land but she was cursed with slithering snake hair that can turn anyone who looks her way into stone. Monaxia was created for Valentine’s Day as she’s looking for “true love to break her solitary spell” and is featured on a t-shirt, art print, and the menu. The menu is available to everyone standing in line or making a purchase at Disney Springs and will also come with each order placed online in February.
