Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs announced their holiday lineup with the return of two seasonal favorite cookies - Kris Kringle and Cookie Vom Krampus are back! The two seasonal cookies arrive early on November 24th and will remain on the menu through December. December also sees the return of two popular cake slices, the Krampus Cold Brew, lots of new limited edition merchandise, and more. We will update here throughout the month with more delicious news!
December Cookies
Kris Kringle Cookie — White chocolate coffee bean cookie with flavors of coconut, caramel, and vanilla bean topped with coarse sugar crystals harvested from the North Pole (Available daily from November 24th to December 31st at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)
Cookie Vom Krampus — Triple chocolate cookie filled with more chocolate and filled and topped with chopped Andes Mint (Available daily from November 24th to December 31st at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)

Krampus Nitro Cold Brew returns for the holiday season! Additionally, the Pumpkin Bread Chocolate Crumb Cookie will be available for the rest of November, subject to availability.
Krampus Nitro Cold Brew — Gideon’s Nitro Cold Brew combined with homemade chocolate mint sauce (Daily from November 24th until December 31st at the Disney Springs location only, subject to availability)
Pumpkin Bread Chocolate Crumb Cookie — Cookie filled with real pumpkin, house pumpkin spice blend, and chocolate and topped with pumpkin butter crumbs (Available daily in November at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)

Kris Kringle Snack Cake — Two layers of soft vanilla cake with ground coffee specs sandwiching a layer of marshmallow buttercream with coconut and vanilla bean flavors and covered in thick crackly premium dark chocolate (Available from December 9th to December 10th at the Disney Springs and East End Market locations and on December 25th at the Disney Springs location only while supplies last; limit of two per person)
Bag of Coal — 6-pack of Gideon’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Bites dipped in dark chocolate with a sprinkling of coal dust packaged in a black velvet drawstring pouch with a Gideon’s “G” embroidered on the front and “You’ve Been Naughty” on the back (Available daily in limited quantities at the Disney Springs and East End Market locations from December 14th to December 24th; limit of two per person)

December Cake Slices
This month sees the return of the Kris Kringle Cake and the Krampus Cake!
Kris Kringle Cake — Vanilla cake filled with specs of coffee bean, covered in marshmallow buttercream with coconut and vanilla bean flavors, and ribbons of housemade salted caramel
Krampus Cake — Red velvet cake covered in mint chocolate cream cheese frosting

The December menu features new art for the holidays with Kris Kringle and Krampus meeting for the first time. Menus are available to everyone standing in line at Disney Springs and will also come with each order placed online in December.
