Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs announced their holiday lineup with the return of two seasonal favorite cookies - Kris Kringle and Cookie Vom Krampus are back! December also sees a new cake slice, the return of Krampus Cold Brew, lots of new limited edition merchandise, and more. We will update here throughout the month with more delicious news!
December Cookies
Kris Kringle Cookie — White chocolate coffee bean cookie with flavors of coconut, caramel, and vanilla topped with coarse sugar, sea salt, and a pinch of Christmas cheer (Available daily from November 25th to December 31st at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)
Cookie Vom Krampus — Triple chocolate cookie filled with chocolate and filled and topped with chopped Andes Mint (Available daily from November 25th to December 31st at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)

Krampus Nitro Cold Brew returns for the holiday season! Additionally, the Pumpkin Bread Chocolate Crumb Cookie will be available for the rest of November, subject to availability. The Banana Bread Chocolate Chip Cookie will remain on the menu as well.
Krampus Nitro Cold Brew — Gideon’s Nitro Cold Brew combined with homemade chocolate mint sauce (Daily from November 25th until December 31st at the Disney Springs location, subject to availability)
Pumpkin Bread Chocolate Crumb Cookie — Cookie filled with real pumpkin, Gideon’s house pumpkin spice blend, and a little bit of chocolate, topped with pumpkin butter crumbs (Available daily in November at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)
Banana Bread Chocolate Chip Cookie — Vanilla bean cookie infused with real bananas and mixed with a blend of dark and semisweet chocolates, candied walnuts, and finely crushed banana chips (Available daily for an extended stay at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability) (First limited edition cookie to return to the menu)

December Cake Slices
This month sees the return of the Kris Kringle Cake and the arrival of the new Cake Vom Krampus!
Kris Kringle Cake — Vanilla cake filled with specs of ground coffee, covered in marshmallow buttercream with coconut and vanilla bean flavors, and ribbons of housemade salted caramel
Cake Vom Krampus — Red velvet cake covered in mint chocolate cream cheese frosting

December merchandise will feature a new Gideon’s Bakehouse character, Natala the Christmas Witch. Natala the Christmas Witch is the featured character on a t-shirt, art print, and the Gideon’s Bakehouse menu cards this month.
