August Cookies and More at Gideon’s Bakehouse
Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs has a new menu for August 2024 featuring a returning cookie, a new version of a popular cake slice, and a new mysterious character. This month, Key Lime is back with the return of the Key Lime Chocolate Chip Cookie and a new cake, the Key Lime Graham Cracker Cake. Stuart’s coffee, Mocha Orange Nitro Cold Brew, remains on the menu this month and Key Lime Pie Cake Bars will be available daily until August 11th (in limited quantities) to celebrate Flavors of Florida. A new character, the Woman of the Wake, is featured on an art print and t-shirt. The Key Lime Cake Candle is back in limited quantities. Additional new merch includes a Series 2 Character Sticker Pack, Victor the Shark hoodie, and Nemo Gargoyle t-shirt. A new character will be introduced mid-month. August Cake Slices
This month features a new twist on the classic Key Lime Pie Cake!
Key Lime Graham Cracker Cake — Three layers of key lime cake covered in key lime cream cheese frosting and (new) graham cracker buttercream with channels of key lime curd between each layer (Limit of 2 slices per person, while supplies last)

August Merchandise
August merchandise features a new Gideon’s character, the Woman of the Wake. The story is still unfolding with this Key Lime Mermaid, and the menu art will change mid-month to reveal more. The Woman of the Wake art is featured on the menu for the first half of the month as well as a limited open edition signed art print and t-shirt. Additional merch this month includes a re-release of the Key Lime Mermaid candle, a new sticker pack with series 2 Gideon’s characters, a Victor the Shark hoodie, and a “Nemo” Gargoyle shirt.
