Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs announced their new menu items and merchandise for August! This month has not one, but two limited edition cookies with the Peanut Butter Cold Brew Cookie (my favorite seasonal offering!) back on the menu. Flavors of Florida continues at Disney Springs and Gideon’s is joining in with their Key Lime Chocolate Chip Cookie and Orange Mocha Nitro Cold Brew. Additionally, cold brew will now be offered in 16oz and 24oz options! A new character, Benjamin Falcon, will be featured on merchandise and the menu this month with a new art print and t-shirt. We will update here throughout the month with more delicious news!
August Cookie & Cold Brew
Peanut Butter Cold Brew Cookie — Peanut butter cookie dough laced with freshly ground espresso and covered in chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and Reese’s Pieces (Available daily in August at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)
Key Lime Chocolate Chip Cookie – Vanilla bean cookie dough infused with Florida Key lime juice and covered with premium chocolate chips and special Key lime pie crumbs (Available daily from July 1st to August 13th at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability) (Disney Springs Flavors of Florida Event)

This month, Peanut Butter Cold Brew Cake returns to the menu! It will be available on Wednesdays and Saturdays in August, while supplies last.

August Merchandise
August merchandise features a new character, Benjamin Falcon, with an art print and t-shirt. The newest member of the Gideon’s family, Benjamin Falcon is a “skittish and fearful bird lover” who finds courage, strength, and calmness when he wears his homemade falconry hood. Benjamin Falcon will be on the menu for the month, which is available to everyone standing in line at Disney Springs and will also come with each order placed online in August.
