Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs announced their new cookie flavor for August 2022, a new nitro cold brew, the return of a popular cookie flavor, plus limited edition merchandise!
New menu items at Gideon’s Bakehouse this month include:
Key Lime Pie Chocolate Chip Cookie — Vanilla bean cookie dough infused with Florida key lime juice and covered with chocolate chips and special key lime pie crumbs (Available daily in August at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)

Additionally, two limited edition cookies and the new July cold brew will remain on the menu for some or all of August:
Orange Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookie — Vanilla bean cookie dough infused with orange and mixed with dark chocolate, topped with South Florida pecan pralines and organic candied orange peel - also known as “Stuart’s Cookie” (Available daily from July 1st to August 14th at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability) (Disney Springs Flavors of Florida offering)
Banana Bread Chocolate Chip Cookie — Vanilla bean cookie infused with real bananas and mixed with a blend of dark and semisweet chocolates, candied walnuts, and finely crushed banana chips (Available daily for an extended stay at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability) (First limited edition cookie to return to the menu)
Orange Mocha Nitro Cold Brew — Locally roasted beans and fresh real ingredients (Available daily from July 1st to August 14th at the Disney Springs location; subject to availability) (Disney Springs Flavors of Florida offering)

Key Lime Pie Cake — Three-layer key lime cake with tangy key lime buttercream frosting and graham cracker crust pieces throughout (Available by the slice on Saturdays and Sundays in August at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)

August merchandise features a new character, Captain Cagliostro! After learning last year that sailors were gifted magical key limes from mermaids, Gideon’s Bakehouse discovered the legend of Captain Cagliostro, the creator of Key Lime Pie. He rides on a ghost ship and created the key lime pie to “delight his crew and protect them from scurvy”. He also lends his likeness this month to a t-shirt and limited edition art print.
