Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs has a new menu for April 2024 featuring a new character, returning updated cookie, new cake, and returning cold brew. This month, the White Chocolate Caramel Macadamia Nut Cookie is back on the menu with even more macadamia nuts! The Pineapple Dream Cake is new in April as well as Banana Nitro Cold Brew. A new Gideon’s character, Holly Mackerel, will be featured on the menu and merchandise for the month. We will update here throughout April with more delicious news. White Chocolate Caramel Macadamia Nut Cookie — Almost 1/2 pound cookie with homemade salted caramel baked in, filled and topped with white chocolate and macadamia nut crumble (Available daily in April at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)
Banana Nitro Cold Brew — Gideon’s Nitro Cold Brew with housemade 100% real banana syrup (Daily in April at the Disney Springs location, subject to availability)

April Cake Slices
This month features a new cake - the Pineapple Dream Cake!
Pineapple Dream Cake — Soft vanilla cake covered in pineapple buttercream, layered with housemade pineapple jam, pineapple caramel, and brown butter crumbs (Available on Wednesdays and Saturdays by the slice, while supplies last)

April merchandise features a new Gideon’s character, Holly Mackerel! Holly Fontaine had lots to say but doesn’t have the nerve to talk except to the fishes.
