Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs announced their new menu items and merchandise for April! This April, Mourning Joe returns with Coffee Toffee cookies and cake, plus new merchandise! April Cookie & Cold Brew
Coffee Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookie — Vanilla bean cookie filled and topped with freshly ground espresso beans, toffee, and chocolate and topped with a sprinkle of sea salt (Available daily in April at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)
Salted Caramel Nitro Cold Brew — Cold brew with homemade salted caramel (Available daily in March at the Disney Springs location) (Vegan & gluten-free)

Limited Time Treats
Cream Cheese Stuffed Sugar Cookie — Vanilla cookie dough (chocolate chip cookie without the chips) stuffed with cream cheese frosting and coated in chunky sugar crystals (Available from April 7th to April 9th while supplies last at the Disney Springs and East End Market location (East End closed on Easter); limit of 2 per person, subject to availability for Easter)
Easter Carrot Cake — Three layer ginger spiced carrot cake surrounded by cream cheese frosting, and decorated with candied pecans and buttercream carrots (Available from April 7th to April 9th while supplies last at the Disney Springs and East End Market location (East End closed on Easter); limit of 2 per person, subject to availability for Easter)

April Cake Slices
This month marks the return of Coffee Toffee Vanilla Bean Cake! Cake slices are limited to two slices per person, while supplies last.

April Merchandise
April merchandise features the return Mourning Joe, including a new t-shirt, signed print, and a brand new 3-wick large candle. There is also a new crystal ball pin. Additionally, Mourning Joe will be on the menu for the month, which is available to everyone standing in line or making a purchase at Disney Springs and will also come with each order placed online in April. Halfway to Halloween
Available from April 20th to April 23rd
Pumpkin Cheesecake Snack Cakes – Layer of soft spice cake topped with pumpkin cheesecake and dipped in premium dark chocolate (Limit two per person; available while supplies last)
A new menu card will be available at Disney Springs featuring Barnabas Mephistophelittle.
Starting this Thursday, Gideon’s Bakehouse will also be celebrating Halfway to Halloween with wave two of Gideon’s Bakehouse Trading Cards! All medium and large cookie boxes will have a wave two Gideon’s trading card hidden inside. Wave one cards (#1-#16) will officially be retired. Sixteen cards (#17-#32) are available and will be given out at random, including two super-rare cards that might even be signed by the owner of Gideon’s Bakehouse or the art director, Michael Reyes.
A special Halfway to Halloween promo trading card will also be available starting Thursday featuring Barnabas Mephistophelittle. This card will come with each purchase in-store and online, one per transaction. This card is a limited time bonus extra card and will only be available during the Halfway to Halloween event.
All other trading cards will remain as an offering after Halfway to Halloween at both locations. Gideon’s Bakehouse also has a trading card Gideon’s Binder available for sale in stores and online. Additionally, online merchandise orders over $20 will include a random card.
