Fantasmic! is returning to Disney’s Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World and at Disneyland Park in 2022! While we don’t have set dates yet, at Destination D23 it was announced that Fantasmic! would be returning in the coming year. Additionally, when the show reopens in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, it will include a new segment as well as the live performers, stunts, and special effects that were previously in the show.

Speculatively based on the concept art released (see above), the new segment may feature Aladdin, Moana, and / or Frozen. None of these properties were represented in the previous version of Fantasmic! so I could see all three being in the updated version based on their inclusion in the concept art.
