EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival Garden Graze Food Walk
Garden Graze is back for EPCOT’s International Flower & Garden Festival!
There are five fresh sweet or savory offerings for the Garden Graze- check them out below! To participate, you’ll need to pick up a Festival Passport. Then visit each Food Walk location and purchase a sweet or savory treat for a stamp in your passport. Once you receive all five stamps, present your passport to receive a prize. In 2021, the prize was a speciality lime and mango Dole Whip in a souvenir cup- we will update here once we know the prize for 2022.
Garden Graze can be completed in one day or throughout the whole festival. You can also get five of the same item or one of each offering- or any variation on the five offerings, as long as you get five stamps on your passport.

Coconut Tres Leches — Vanilla cake soaked in oat milk, almond milk and coconut milk with toasted coconut
Bauernmarkt: Farmer’s Market (Germany Pavilion)
Potato Pancakes with house-made apple sauce
Trowel & Trellis (near Disney Traders)
Grilled Baby Vegetables with hummus cream and red pepper coulis
Sunshine Griddle (Near Test Track)
Avocado Toast with marinated toy box tomatoes on toasted ciabatta
