Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs has a new menu for May 2024 featuring a returning cookie, cake slice, cold brew, and character. This month, my favorite (!!!) Peanut Butter Cold Brew is back on the menu with a cookie and cake slice to go with the mainstay Peanut Butter Cold Brew Coffee! Banana Nitro Cold Brew is remaining on the menu for one more month until the end of May. A returning Gideon’s character, Jonathan Lindwurm, will be featured on the menu and merchandise for the month. Peanut Butter Cold Brew Cookie — Peanut butter cookie laced with freshly ground decaf espresso and covered in chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and Reese’s Pieces (Available daily in May at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)
Banana Nitro Cold Brew — Gideon’s Nitro Cold Brew with housemade 100% real banana syrup (Daily in May at the Disney Springs location, subject to availability)

This month features the return of the Peanut Butter Cold Brew Cake!
Peanut Butter Cold Brew Cake — Double frosted three layer chocolate cake with peanut butter buttercream, mocha espresso buttercream, Reese’s Pieces, and chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (Available on Wednesdays and Saturdays by the slice, while supplies last; limit of 2 per person)

May Merchandise
May merchandise features a returning Gideon’s character, Jonathan Lindwurm. Jonathan Lindwurm was the proprietor of the bookshop where Gideon’s Bakehouse is now located - his photo can be found by the registers in the Disney Springs shop. He is a “brilliant and reclusive bookseller” specializing in books on magic and alchemy. Due to this, many rumors grew about Mr. Lindwurm being from a different dimension, and one day he entered his store and was never seen again - until now!
