Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs has a new menu for March 2024 featuring a new character, returning favorite cookie, and updated cake. This month, the Peanut Butter Chocolate Swirl Cookie and Peanut Butter Chocolate Deluxe Cake will be on the menu. A new Gideon’s character, Thaddeus Bubo, will be featured on the menu and merchandise for the month. This month, Gideon’s Bakehouse will be raising funds for Central Florida’s Audubon Center for Birds of Prey - Thaddeus prints will help raise funds, as well as additional upcoming merchandise. We will update here throughout the month with more delicious news with likely limited releases for St. Patrick’s Day and Easter. March Cookies & Cold Brew
Peanut Butter Chocolate Swirl Cookie — Almost 1/2 pound peanut butter dough swirled with velvety rich triple chocolate dough and topped with chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and house-made candied peanuts (Available daily in March at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)
Dark Mocha Nitro Cold Brew — Gideon’s Mocha Nitro Cold Brew with high-quality dark chocolate (Daily in March at the Disney Springs location, subject to availability)

Limited Time Offerings
Toasted Coconut Caramel Cookie — Classic chocolate chip vanilla bean dough fused with homemade salted caramel and coconut cream and topped with shaved toasted coconut (Available from March 10th to March 16th at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)
Proceeds will go directly to Audubon Birds of Prey Center in Maitland, Florida
Saint Patrick’s Day Cookie Bite Bag — Chocolate mint bite-size cookie bites with six bites per bag (Available from March 14th to March 17th at the Disney Springs and East End Market location; limit of 2 per person, subject to availability)

March Cake Slices
This month features a new cake - the Peanut Butter Chocolate Deluxe Cake!
Peanut Butter Chocolate Deluxe Cake — Two layers of peanut butter cake with a layer of chocolate cake in the middle with swirled peanut butter and chocolate buttercreams, topped with peanut butter ganache and peanut butter and chocolate mini chips (Available on Wednesdays and Saturdays by the slice, while supplies last)

March Merchandise
March merchandise features a new Gideon’s character, Thaddeus Bubo! Thaddeus is an owl from the forbidden realms of a forgotten forest and serves to remind us to protect the owls. Gideon’s Bakehouse is partnering with the Central Florida Audubon Birds of Prey Center to raise funds, with proceeds from art prints going directly to the Center. Additional merchandise to aid in owl conservation will be released later this month. Check out the new merchandise below and stay tuned for updates.
